#pm_ngt-007 3rd Principle – Inclusive layered training (relevant2reality™)
#pm_ngt-007 – First generation project management restricts its steps and tool-sets to the needs of those who are engaged in the day-to-day management of product development. The bridge to and from those who set direction and those who live with the day-to-day operational realities is weak or broken.
An end2end™ perspective and top2bottom™ communications requires that everyone involved appreciates the duties of everyone else. Results are easiest, swiftest and greatest when all parties to each communication fully understand the communication needs of others directly involved. Creation of the capability to cope with change must focus on the interfaces between parties who need to communicate across the span of the timeline (end2end™) and the management hierarchy (top2bottom™).
For example the contents of early communications from strategists is different to that in the middle or end of the change process. Ditto for all other levels and time-frames.

Our training and mentoring in #pm_ngt addresses the different but integrated needs of everyone from board-room2boiler-room™. Competent handling of change requires flexible, structured and synchronized activities supported by tools and techniques across the end2end™ timeline and top2bottom™ decision making hierarchy.
