What Are We?

We are a niche project management consulting company. Our focus is benefits realisation. We suggest that successfully delivering projects requires recognition that Business_As_Usual (BAU) is the right start point and achieving benefits the right end point.

Our offerings posit that to succeed at projects it is the managers of bau that must be able to direct change, define needs and set constraints. Technical staff must be able to design solutions that meet business constraints, define costs and schedules (IE plan and manage the product development).

We are a APMG accredited PRINCE2® ATO but our vision is much broader and deeper than the scope P2 ascribes to a project. We provide very thorough guidance on how to use P2 powerfully in combination with guidance from PMI®, APM, ISACA and Isochron®.

We sell our time to deliver expert services not the course materials: you can copy those for free to evaluate our insights before making further enquiry.
